(1) Existing uses that are not in conforn�ance «�ith this section may <br /> liot be expanded, but inay continue as nonconforn�ing uses. These nonconfonning <br /> uses may be repaired and maintained and are allowed minor improvements that do <br /> not expand the use. <br /> (2) In makin� decisions about land use compatibility and <br /> dimensional criter for uses and structures, the City shall have broad discretion to <br /> protect the public health, safety and welfare; and to protect the integrity of <br /> surrounding residential neighborhoods. Development or redevelopment of any <br /> parcel shall be accomplished by submitting application as a Planned Unit <br /> Development. <br /> (3) No development in this district is permitted without city water <br /> and sanitary service. <br /> (4) Appendix A, lot and yard requirements shall apply to this <br /> district.
