However, Client and AET will in good faith attempt to replace an invalid or unenforceable provision <br /> with one that is valid and enforceab(e, and which comes as ciose as possible to expressing the intent of the original provision. <br /> SECTION 18 - GOV ERNING LAW <br /> This Agreement shall be construed, and the rights of the parties shall be determined, in accordance with the Laws of the State <br /> of Minnesota. <br /> �ECTION 19 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> This agreement, including attached appendices, is the entire agreement between AET and Ciient. Any modifications to this agreement must be mutuaqy acceptable to both <br /> parties and accepted in writing.
