Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> Meeting Minutes 03 -02 -11 <br /> PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> Wednesday, March 2, 2011 - 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of Centerville held the <br /> regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> Present: Vice - Chairperson Jon Grahek <br /> Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br /> Committee Member Mark Haiden umlpp <br /> Committee Member Kevin Amundsen <br /> Committee Member Brian Peterson <br /> Absent: Chairperson Patrick Branch <br /> Committee Member Kevin Selander <br /> Council: Council Liaison Steven King <br /> Staff: Staff Liaison Kim Stephan <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Roll Call <br /> Vice - Chairperson Grahek called the March 2, 2011 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting to order at <br /> 6:45 p.m. <br /> II. SET AGENDA <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Amundsen, to <br /> set the March 2, 2011 Parks & Recreation Committee Agenda as is. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> III. APPEARANCES <br /> IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> February 2, 2011 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes <br /> Committee Member Seeley requested changing each instance within the minutes of `Eagle Project' to <br /> `Eagle Scout Project'. Committee Member Seeley would like the following sentence on page 6 of 6 <br /> clarified to state the trees will be 2.5" diameter. Mr. Capra would like the Parks & Recreation <br /> Committee to recommend that City Council accept the 22 trees (2.5 " stalks) to be planted at Laurie <br /> LaMotte Memorial Park. <br /> Motion was made by Vice - Chairperson Grahek, seconded by Committee Member Amundsen to <br /> 1 of 6 <br />
