It is big, it was brought here on a <br /> trailer. No we do not have a flag. I would think as a Veterans Memorial it should have an MIA Flag also. <br /> Perhaps talking to Mr. Hathaway, the veteran who suggested it be a memorial would be beneficial. How <br /> about a retaining wall type flower bed around the base? It will need lights for sure.
