Commissioner Helmbrecht stated that the <br />Commission is advisory. <br /> <br />Commissioner DeVine stated that the Olson’s have waited many months for the <br />amendment for kennels to be added to Ordinance #4, lots have not been sub-divided and <br />other items have been placed on hold. <br /> <br />Consensus was to forward a request to Council requesting consideration of passing the <br />kennel amendment by itself. <br /> <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Devine, seconded by Commissioner McLean to adjourn <br />the March 12, 2002 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 8:03 p.m. All in <br />favor.
