(Concept Plans – New Building) <br /> <br />Mr. Rosenthal addressed the Commission and explained he was there to show a concept <br />plan and obtain information on how to get a grading permit because he has found that <br />there is an extraordinary amount of black dirt on the site that will need to be removed <br />before any construction can begin. <br /> <br />Commissioner DeVine asked if Mr. Rosenthal was familiar with the codes that would <br />need to be followed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Rosenthal indicated that he was. <br /> <br />Commissioner DeVine asked whether Mr. Rosenthal had discussed his plans with the <br />neighbors and whether he had received any negative feedback on the cutting of the trees <br />and/or the proposed structure. <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />
