Planning and Zoning Commission <br />July 2, 2002 <br />Meeting Minutes <br />VIII. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Helmbrecht asked if it would be possible to have Staff review site plans <br />before they come to the Commission in the future. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated she would speak to Mr. Palzer about having the plans come <br />to her before being placed on the agenda. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wilharber asked whether the other vacancy had been announced. He then <br />noted that Commissioner Kilian had missed two meetings in a row and asked whether it <br />was time to contact him concerning his intentions. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson agreed to contact Mr. Kilian to determine if he wanted to continue with the <br />Planning Commission. He then explained that Commissioner McLean had been told by <br />his employer that he would be going out of town and had no choice. <br /> <br />IX.
