Planning and Zoning Commission <br />July 2, 2002 <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />The Commission agreed to add the applicant and/or owner or his/her designee. <br /> <br />2. Set Public Hearings for Ordinance #70 and #71 <br /> <br />Commissioner Helmbrecht asked who the City’s public health authority was. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated it would be the County Health Authority and said she would <br />look into it. <br /> <br />Commissioner Helmbrecht asked Staff to let Hair Update know of the proposed changes. <br /> <br />The Commission agreed that the ordinances were ready for public hearing at the <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />Chair Hansen indicated that there was a public hearing scheduled for July 8, 2002 on <br />Ordinance #4 and asked whether the Commission felt it was necessary or if it should be <br />cancelled and held at the Council meeting. He also indicated he would not be able to <br />attend the July 8, 2002 meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wilharber indicated he would be out of town on July 8, 2002 and unable <br />to attend. <br /> <br />Motion by Chair Hanson, seconded by Commissioner DeVine to cancel the public <br />hearing scheduled for July 8, 2002 and hold the public hearing at the July 26, 2002 <br />Council Meeting. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VI. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.June 4, 2002 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Chair Hanson requested the following changes: Kilian and Helmbrecht were listed as <br />absent and present, please correct. Correct the spelling of Hansen to Hanson. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner DeVine, seconded by Commissioner Wilharber to approve <br />the June 4, 2002 Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Commissioner Helmbrecht abstained from voting as she was not present at the meeting. <br /> <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />
