Planning and Zoning <br />August 6, 2002 <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Commissioner Helmbrecht indicated the Commission wished to review the adult <br />establishment ordinance to confirm that there is language covering body piercing and <br />tattooing. <br /> <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> 1. July 2, 2002 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Helmbrecht, seconded by Commissioner DeVine to <br />approve the July 2, 2002 Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Commissioners Kilian and McLean abstained from voting as they were not present at the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wilharber, seconded by Commissioner Kilian to adjourn <br />the August 6, 2002 Planning Commission Meeting at 7:58 p.m. All in favor.
