The meeting was reopened to the public at 10.45 p.m. <br /> <br />Items Discussed During Closed Session - potential litigation regarding 2009 <br />improvement projects and the annual performance review of the city <br />administrator. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Parr, seconded by Council Member Love to <br />approve the performance review of Administrator Larson and that Council <br />grant 40 hours of additional PTO time for 2011 in recognition of outstanding <br />performance and extra work during the past year. All in favor, motion <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member <br />Paar to adjourn at 10:46 p.m. All in favor.
