Res. #11-008 – Authorizing the Closing of Fund #312 <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that this fund was originally established for the <br />2004 Street Improvement Project and bonds associated with it; however, recently <br />the Council consolidated this bond and another during the recent refinancing bond <br />so the fund is no longer needed. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member <br />Paar to Approve Res. #11-008 – Authorizing the Closing of Fund #312 as <br />presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />7.2010 Sealcoating Project (Meadow Lane – Dupre Road) <br /> <br />Council Member Paar stated that there are a large amount of loose rocks on Dupre <br />Road near Main Street and Meadow Lane is similar and possible down to just the <br />sealcoating. City Engineer Statz stated that he would be looking at these areas <br />along with Staff. <br /> <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES <br /> <br />1. City Administrator Larson <br /> <br />City Administrator stated that the City will be utilizing the City of Hugo’s street <br />vacuum this season rather than street sweeping that has occurred in the past. Mr. <br />Larson also stated that this winter straight salt was used on the streets rather than <br />the usual salt/sand mixture. <br /> <br /> <br />X.RECESS <br /> <br />The meeting was at 8:20 p.m. for a Council work session <br /> <br />The City Council, reconvened their regular meeting of this date at 9:53 p.m. and <br />then met in a closed session. Present were Mayor Tom Wilharber, Council <br />Members Jeff Paar, Steve King, D Love, and Ben Fehrenbacher. Also present <br />were Engineer Mark Statz, City Attorney Kurt Glaser and Administrator Dallas <br />Larson. The purpose of the closed meeting was to review the status of potential <br />litigation regarding the 2009 Street Improvements and to complete the annual <br />performance evaluation of City Administrator Dallas Larson. <br /> <br />Page 6 of 7 <br /> <br />
