Iffuture redevelopment of the site is contemplated, we would encourage working <br />with the Anoka County Highway Dept. to determine the appropriate, safe design for <br />access to CSAH 54 (20th Ave.). <br /> <br />7. In our experience, there have been numerous difficulties both for the City and the <br />landowners when zoning boundaries divide individual parcels.
