All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />VI.AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Mr. Glen Olson, Centennial Fire District – Honoring Mr. Jim Scott – <br />Retired Fire Fighter <br /> <br />Members of the Centennial Fire District were present and Mr. Scott accepted a <br />plaque honoring his dedicated service to the department and the community for 20 <br />years. <br /> <br /> <br />VII.OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />VIII.NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />1.Xcel Energy Franchise Ordinance <br /> <br />Administrator Larson and Legal Counsel Glaser gave a brief review of the <br />proposed ordinance. Lengthy discussion was had by Council and it was the <br />consensus to table this item until the next meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council King to <br />table the Xcel Energy Franchise ordinance until the next scheduled City <br />Council Meeting.
