All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor had concern that the Eagle Scout Project could interfere with construction <br />activities and suggested that scheduling take this into consideration. Administrator <br />Larson and Engineer Statz both concurred. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to approve <br />Item #6 of the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />VI.AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br /> <br />1.Centerville Lions, Mr. Greg Kieselhorst <br /> <br />a.Beer & Brat Event <br /> <br />b.Park & Recreation Donation <br /> <br />Mr. Greg Keiselhorst was present and stated that Council may not be aware of an <br />agreement reached with City Staff to utilize the Lion’s Concenssion Trailer for the 2011 <br />Little League Baseball games for a concession stand with profits going toward Parks & <br />Recreation projects. Mr. Keiselhorst also stated that the Lions had received two <br />anonymous donations in the amount of $450 and $525 and the Lions themselves desired <br />to donate to this venture. Funds totaled $1,475 and were designated for the Little League <br />Baseball Concessions. <br /> <br />Mr. Keiselhorst stated that Item a was a new event for the Centerville Lions and it would <br />be held in conjunction with the City Wide Garage Sale Days. Mr. Keiselhorst stated that <br />this event would be held outdoors weather permitting, on the grounds of St. Genevieve, <br />be handicap accessible and 21 and over with wristbanding at the door. <br />Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br />
