Love <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Mosher. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC INPUT/HEARING <br /> <br />1. Comprehensive Plan Alignment – Zoning <br /> <br />Notice of hearing on the proposed zoning changes had been given by published and mailed <br />notice according to law, to affected properties and to those properties located within 350’. <br />After a brief explanation of the reasons for the rezoning and the specifics of each location, <br />the hearing was opened to public comment. <br /> <br />a. R-1 (Rural Residential) Change to R-2 (Low/Medium Density <br />Residential) <br /> <br />Speakers: <br /> <br /> <br />Fred Fisher-Opposed to the rezoning. Specifically, he does not intend to develop <br />his property and desires to retain the agricultural activities allowed in <br />the R-1 zoning district. <br /> <br />Jodie West- Lives nearby in an R-5 zoning district. She would not like to see <br />more development near her home. Feels the higher density allowed <br />in the R-2 zone would diminish the value of her property. <br /> <br />b.
