Issue #2 — Timing: As you know the State of Minnesota shut down has impacted the larger T&E Project. I <br /> would think that their delay would also delay your project. Paul was a bit more optimistic, but there does <br /> remain an open issue. <br /> Issue #3 — Concrete: The T&E contractor has to do a pour a test area of concrete and it needs to be the same <br /> color as the rest of their project. Paul is suggesting to the contractor that they do their test pour on your site. <br /> That could same you some work and_ enhance the overall out come. However, the contractor has latitude as <br /> to how he does that test. <br /> Issue #4 — Lighting: I am still not convinced that the solar lights will be satisfactory and have proposed <br /> another solution of placing the lights on the existing street lamp poles.
