<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 13, 2011 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly <br />scheduled meeting of July 13, 2011, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member Steve King <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br /> <br />ABSENT: Council Member D. Love <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />None scheduled. <br /> <br /> <br />III.APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber reviewed the set agenda with Council. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar requested adding updates for discussion on the Meadow Circle <br />drainage problem, the downtown colored concrete and 2010 seal coating issues. Council <br />Member Fehrenbacher requested adding an update on the Centennial Lakes Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber added the possible of appointment of Mr. Russ Koski to the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission as #1A under New Business. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher, to <br />approve the Set Agenda with the above additions. All in favor. Motion Passed <br />Unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber requested adding Mr. & Mrs. Curtis Winter, 7138 Shad Avenue, under <br />Awards, Presentations & Appearances to address the Council regarding drainage <br />problems. Amendment to the Agenda was accepted by Council Member Paar and <br />Council Member Fehrenbacher. <br /> <br />
