June 22, 2011 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member King, <br />to approve the June 22, 2011 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />V.CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville June 23, 2011 through July 13, 2011 Claims (Check #26474- <br />265220 & Check #26523-26540) <br /> <br />2.Centennial Fire District Claims through July 1, 2011 (Check #4862-4875 & 4876- <br />4887. <br /> <br />3.Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through June 28, 2011 (Check <br />#8472-8500) Voided Check #8470 & 8471) <br /> <br />4.Proposal for Tennis Court Maintenance (Resurfacing) <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member King, to approve <br />the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion Passed Unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />VI.AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Mr. & Mrs. Curtis Winter, 7138 Shad Avenue <br /> <br />Mr. Winter had concerns regarding drainage on his property in the rear yard and stated <br />that with the 2009 Street Project, drain tile was installed through the rear yards of <br />neighboring properties but excluded theirs. Mr. Winter stated that he continues to have <br />drainage issues and his neighbors do not and he would like the City to consider a solution <br />that would resolve the problem. City Engineer Statz stated that the drain tile was stopped <br />short of Mr. Winter’s property, but he would need additional time to research the item. <br />Council directed Engineer Statz to view the property, research the item and report back to <br />Council at their next meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />VII.OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Xcel Energy Franchise Ordinance ~ Tabled from Previous Meetings <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser recommended Council continue to table this item. <br /> <br /> <br />VIII.NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1A.
