This ordinance will remove animal licensing, but provide for licensing of
kennels, pet stores and honey bees. The Potentially Dangerous Dog Ordinance that was
previously developed will be part of the final document.

Administrator Larson reported that the Public Works Director Palzer has suggested
multiple solutions for the drainage problems on Meadow Circle which will be reviewed
at the next Council Work Session.

Administrator Larson stated that due to the State shutdown, no further information can be
brought before the Council regarding the colored concrete in the downtown area. Mayor
Wilharber felt if the shutdown continues, the City should consider repairs on their own

due to potential worsening throughout the winter months.

Council Member Paar previously requested that several roads contained in the 2010 Seal
Coating Project be looked at due to uneven wear. City Engineer Statz and Public Works
Director Palzer felt that there were no areas of concern and overall, the roadways were
experiencing normal wear and tear.

Council Member Fehrenbacher reported that an offer had been made to a candidate that
would replace the officer who recently resigned and that the Centennial Lakes Police
Department’s budget had been approved with minor increases.
