Also, one owner attended the Planning <br /> Comrission meeting to request a special use permit. However, there was no quorum and the <br /> Commission was unable to respond to the request. Mr. March reiterated ordinance 464 and the <br /> Councils authority to waive the public hearing process. <br /> Councilmember Helmbrecht moved and it was seconded to approve the special use permit for <br /> Exact Precision Sheet Metal Company. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Neighborhood Watch <br /> Councilmember Brenner identified a neighborhood watch handout in the council information <br /> packets. Councilmember Brenner mentioned Bud and Mary Goodwin are retiring after <br /> volunteering for many years.
