CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> This Special Use Permit is granted by the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota this <br /> 22nd day of April, 1998. <br /> WHEREAS, Henry "Sonny" DaBruzzi (" Permittee ") has applied for a Special Use Permit for <br /> site plan approval for construction of an automotive shop building described below within the City <br /> of Centerville, Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, such Special Use Permit is required by Zoning ordinance #4, Appendix A - <br /> Commercial District, Site Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, after review the City Council of the City of Centerville has approved the granting of <br /> a Special Use Permit subject to the following conditions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows: <br /> 1. That Henry "Sonny" DaBruzzi, shall be granted a Special Use Permit to construct <br /> an automotive shop building on property located next to 7137 20th Avenue, <br /> Centerville Minnesota, legally described as: <br /> R 23- 31 -22 -11 -0009 <br /> 2. That this Special Use Permit is conditioned upon the following: <br /> (a) All construction activities upon such property shall comply with <br /> Ordinance 94 of the City of Centerville and any other <br /> building and zoning codes or ordinances applicable to the property. <br /> (b) Permittee shall ensure that the project is constructed according to the site <br /> plan attached to and made a part hereof as Attachment A. Any changes <br /> from such site plan must be approved by the City Council. <br /> (c) The maximum number of employees shall be dictated by the corresponding <br /> number of parking spaces as defined in Ordinance #4, Table C, Schedule <br /> District Regulations Off Street Parking Spaces, Commercial Use. <br /> Any alteration to the parking lot will require site plan approval by the City <br /> Council. <br /> (d) The use of the building and property will be an automotive shop.
