STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION 98 -07 <br /> APPROVING PARKVIEW PRELIMINARY PLAT AND R2A ZONING <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 98 -06 that the Council adopted April 8, 1998 a proposed <br /> Parkview Development feasibility study, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville will consider improvements in <br /> accordance with the feasibility study and the assessment of such property for all or a portion of <br /> the cost of improvements, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Centerville held a preliminary plat public <br /> hearing, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Centerville held a public hearing to rezone <br /> the Parkview development to R2A, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Centerville made recommendation for <br /> approval of the Parkview preliminary plat, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Centerville made recommendation to the <br /> City Council to approve the Parkview rezoning to R2A, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville have reviewed the proposed preliminary <br /> plat. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Centerville approve <br /> the Parkview preliminary plat, and rezone from R2 Residential to R2A High Density Single family <br /> Residential. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Centerville, this 22nd day of April, 1998. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />
