MEMO <br /> DATE : April 3, 1998 <br /> TO Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE Parkview Addition Feasibility Study <br /> Included in your packets is a revised addition of the Parkview <br /> Development Feasibility Study. The main item that changed was <br /> the calculation of the proposed assessments. An item in the <br /> consent agenda is the official resolution accepting the <br /> feasibility study and calling for a public hearing. The public <br /> hearing has been scheduled for April 22, 1998. Dave Nyberg will <br /> be present to answer questions i regards to the feasibility <br /> study. <br /> I had a conversation with Milo Bennett and Rick Carlson in <br /> regards to the street names for this development. Rick Carlson <br /> would like to propose the following street names for this <br /> development - Meadow Lane, Meadow Circle and Meadow Court. I am <br /> having Ry -chel assemble volunteers for a meeting to revise the <br /> list of approved street names. We already have some interested <br /> persons that are willing to meet for this purpose. <br />
