CITY OF CENTERVILLE COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 98 -06 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT CALLING PUBLIC HEARING WHEREAS, a local improvement project has been initiated with a petition by 35% of the affected property owners, and WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 98 -04, adopted February 25, 1998, by the Centerville City Council, declaring adequacy of petition and ordering preparation of feasibility study report, and WHEREAS, on Wednesday, April 8, 1998 the City Council secured from the city engineer a report advising it in a preliminary way, and WHEREAS, the City Council upon preliminary review determined the proposed improvements appear feasible, and WHEREAS, the City Council accepts the feasibility report on the improvement project, and WHEREAS, the City Council scheduled a pubic hearing on the proposed improvements project, and WHEREAS, the City Council determined a public hearing shall be held on the stated proposed improvements the 22 nd day of April, 1998, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street, in the council chambers at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter and that the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The hearing regarding proposed improvements shall be in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the Centerville City Council will consider the improvement of such Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, Sidewalk - Trail, Streets and Municipal Water in accordance with the feasibility study and the assessment of abutting properties for all or portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
