The <br /> total amount earned this period is $54,292.31. This partial pay estimate also includes the <br /> release of a portion of the retainage, which is $11,074.38. <br /> A retainage of $5,000.00 was held from this pay estimate until Lametti & Sons, Inc. could <br /> resolve the lien waver issue with the paving subcontractor, Valley Paving. Once the lien waver <br /> issue is resolved, we can process the final pay estimate and close out the project. We have <br /> contacted the Contractor, Lametti & Sons, Inc. and they have indicted that they will sign off on <br /> this pay estimate. <br /> We would recommend that this pay estimate be approved at the April 8, 1998 City Council <br /> meeting upon acceptance of this payment arrangement, by the City. <br /> If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Howard R.
