DRAFT - MARCH 6, 1998 <br /> 4.4 Street Construction Within Development <br /> Exhibit 6 shows the standard street cross - section for residential streets in the <br /> City of Centerville. Geotextile fabric will be placed under the road with 20 <br /> inches of modified select granular borrow and 6 inches of Class 5 aggregate <br /> base. Drain file will also be installed along the length of the road. <br /> 4.5 Sidewalk and Path Construction Within Development <br /> The sidewalk and path locations are shown on Exhibit 7. Five -foot wide <br /> concrete sidewalk will be constructed on the north side of Parkview Road. The <br /> sidewalk will run from Centerville Road on the west to the plat boundary on the <br /> east. <br /> A 10 -foot wide bituminous path will be constructed from Park Circle to the park <br /> located within Eagle Pass. <br /> 4.6 Street, Sidewalk and Path Construction Outside Of Development <br /> There is approximately 170 feet between Dupre Road and the north plat <br /> boundary of the proposed Parkview Addition. Therefore, Parkview Road will <br /> be extended from the plat bo ndary to Dupre Road through Outlot B of the <br /> Eagle Pass development. The Centerville standard street for residential streets <br /> will be used for this extension. <br /> The 5 -foot sidewalk on the north side of Parkview Road will also be extended <br /> from the plat boundary to Dupre Road. <br /> A 10 -foot wide bituminous path will also be constructed along the west side of <br /> Centerville Road. This path will extend south from Parkview Road <br /> approximately 250 feet, then extend west to an existing park. <br /> 5.0 IMPLEMENTATION CONSIDERATIONS <br /> 5.1 Easements and Permits <br /> Permits from the MPCA and the Department of Health will be required for the <br /> sanitary sewer and watermain systems, respectively. <br /> Mattke Engineering has applied for a Rice Creek Watershed District permit for <br /> impacts to the wetland and for storm drainage and grading plan issues. <br /> Temporary construction easements may be required for the proposed watermain <br /> construction along Centerville Road. <br /> FEAS- 260.089 4 260089m <br />
