tern/ fe 18 Main Street • Ce MN 55 038 <br /> Estaffished 1857 (612) 429 -3232 • Fax (612) 429 -8629 <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION 98 -05 <br /> APPROVING SAINT GENEVIEVE'S APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZED <br /> EXEMPTION OF LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE WITHIN THE CITY OF <br /> CENTERVILLE <br /> WHEREAS, the Church of Saint Genevieve is scheduled for an event on April 21, and August <br /> 16, 1998; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Church of Saint Genevieve has applied for authorization for exemption from <br /> lawful gambling license for the above mentioned days. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Centerville City Council of the City of Centerville <br /> that the Church of Saint Genevieve be granted approval for a lawful gambling license application <br /> for April 21, and August 16, 1998, and that the 30 day waiting period has been considered and <br /> that the fee be waived. <br /> ADOPTED AND PASSED BY CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL ON THIS 11 TH DAY <br /> OF MARCH, 1998. <br /> Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> ATTEST. <br /> Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />
