The Developer was assessed <br /> $13,310.72 for each of the 32 lots platted with the subdivision. Eight Brian Drive residents were <br /> assessed $1,644.91 for water services. One Brian Drive resident (Edgett property) was <br /> assessed $2,500.00 for a water service. The Stevens property was assessed $1,644.91 for a <br /> water service and $3,500.00 for a sewer service.
