The runs have been changed to <br /> reflect the three -year average for calls, rather than the five -year average from the <br /> previous versions. All runs are on the formula wait we had discussed at the <br /> meeting. <br /> The four runs are based on the current year police budget, next year's police budget, <br /> the 2003 projected budget and an example of the current year formula with just Circle <br /> Pines and Lexington.
