FROM Panasonic FPX SYS -ENI PHONE NO. Jun. 21 2065 12:=Vjf'M rz
GOR -EM, LLC.
10732 Hanson Blvd-
Coon Rapids, MN 55433
(612) 767 -3965
June 22, 1998
Mr. Jim March
Administrator
City of Centerville
1880 Main St.
Centerville, MN 55038
Dear.Mr, March;
We are experiencing a great deal of concern by current owners and potential buyers of
townhomes adjacent to the trail in the common area of Eagle Pass. The presence of the
trail has caused several potential buyers to change their plans to purchase a townhome.
Their concerns center primarily on the issues of safety and privacy, as the trail does
encroach quite close to several of the homes
Considering that the area is covered by sid - ac: ess and that the trail is for the benefn
of only the residents of the townhomes, we are asking for consideration in eliminating
this section of the trail. It does not affect that portion of the trail within the park.
As the Developers of Eagle Pass we share these concerns and than:: you for taking the
time to consider this matter.
Sincerely,
Mike Quigley
Director of Development
