SECTION 3, cont. <br /> FRONT FOOT METHOD, Cont. <br /> CURVED FRONTAGE <br /> For other lots with curved <br /> frontage, one of the following <br /> methods applies: (1) Frontage <br /> equals lot width at the building <br /> setback line; or, (2) Frontage <br /> equals lot width at the front <br /> lot line. <br /> IRREGULAR SHAPED LOTS <br /> For lots with irregular <br /> shaped frontage equals the <br /> average width of the lot. <br /> CORNER LOTS <br /> When improvements are made <br /> to both sides of a corner <br /> lot, frontage will be deter- <br /> mined by one of the following <br /> methods: <br /> For Utility Laterals <br /> (1) Footage is equal to the <br /> longest side or side installed <br /> first if done in two distinct <br /> projects. <br /> (2) When one side of a corner <br /> lot has been provided sewer <br /> or water benefit and develop- <br /> ment occurs at a later date <br /> to the other side, that front- <br /> age shall be excluded from the <br /> adjusted footage. <br /> For Street Improvements, Curb & Gutter, Sidewalks <br /> (3) Adjusted footage equals <br /> 100% of the initial frontage <br /> and 50% of the second side. <br /> If accomplished on both sides <br /> at the same time, adjusted <br /> footage is 100% of the longest <br /> side and 50% of the shorter <br /> side. <br /> 4 <br />
