Two property ownsrs <br /> were in attendance at the meeting. Mr. Ken Carpenter and his wife, representing Carpenter <br /> Auto Body, and Mrs, Joyce Green Stevens, and her husband, Jack Green, expressed their <br /> concern about the project during the hearing. No action was taken toward adoption of an <br /> assessment roll at the hearing. The assessment hearing was continued until the regular City <br /> Council meeting on May 13". We recommend adoption of an assessment roll at the May '3 <br /> meeting, prior to award of the project, <br /> Summary <br /> In conclusion, we recommend an award of the project If an assessment roll is adopted at the <br /> May 13 City Council meeting. if the easements are not completed prior to the May 1 e Council <br /> meeting, we would then recommend an award or the project contingent upon receiving the <br /> required easements for the project. <br /> We will be in attendance at the May 13'" City Council meeting to discuss this project and me <br /> above Issues.
