Mr. March mentioned the firms will need to negotiate a reasonable time to exchange the <br /> information. Mr. Wilharber mentioned that H.R. Green has been very professional and organized, <br /> - and did not feel it was necessary to place the additional comment in a motion. <br /> Motion carried unanimously <br /> Motion by Councilmember Helmbrecht to retain HA Green for the 20th Avenue and <br /> Parkview Development contingent upon the smooth transition and Clyde is to remain as <br /> the inspector. <br /> Councilmember Buckbee left at 9:25 p.m. <br /> Mayor Wilharber abstained. Motion carried <br /> Councilmember Brenner read aloud a portion of the July 21, 1998 EDC minutes. <br /> "Motion by Tim Rehbein to ask City Council to continue receiving <br /> the profits from the newsletter ads for fund raising to be used on city promotions such as, <br /> monuments, street banners, etc. Seconded by John Magill. All in favor." <br /> Ms. Gaustad noted the $25 initial cost does not cover the business card set up fee and she <br /> suggested the initial fee is retained in the general fund. <br /> Councilmember Brenner moved to approve the newsletter profits to be applied to the EDC <br /> fund to be used on city promotions less the set up fee Councilmember Powers seconded <br /> the motion. Motion carried unanimoudy <br /> ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br /> Mr. March reported the City received a letter from Greg Hellings requesting the Council to <br /> consider the transition date of January 1, 1999. <br /> Councilmember Helmbrecht moved to acknowledge the letter from the previous City Attorney, <br /> but the original motion stands. Councilmember Brenner seconded the motion. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Councilmember Brenner moved to approve the consent agenda. Mayor Wilharber <br /> seconded the motion. Helmbrecht - nay, Powers - abstained. Motion did not carry. <br /> 1.
