MEMO <br /> DATE : August 24, 1998 <br /> TO i Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM Jim March = <br /> RE Major Projects Status List <br /> At the workshop on August 19, staff was directed to develop a list of major projects and indicate <br /> the status of those projects. It was also directed that staff contact Bonestroo to assess their <br /> comfort level with stepping in to the various development projects that are in various levels of <br /> completion. A meeting has been scheduled with Bonestroo on Tuesday, August 25 to investigate <br /> this matter. I expect to deliver written results of the meeting to the City Council, prior to the <br /> meeting on Wednesday. <br /> Major Prgject Status <br /> 1) Lakeland Hills (remaining issues) - Final asphalt lift, storm drainage through the culvert <br /> under Main Street, entrance monuments, trail paving, punch list items <br /> 2) Acorn Creek I and II - Final punch list items <br /> 3) Clearwater Meadows - Final punch list items <br /> 4) Eagle Pass - Draintile replacement, final lift of asphalt, road connection to Parkview, park <br /> improvements, no punch list generated <br /> 5) LaMotte Park - Bid opening for first phase of improvements scheduled for August 25 <br />
