Subd. 2. Establishment of Official Zoning Map. The Official Zoning Map, together with <br /> all materials attached thereto is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this <br /> ordinance. The attached material shalll include the Protected Waters Inventory Map for Anoka <br /> County. The Official Zoning Map shall be on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator_ <br /> Subd. 3. Land Use District Descriptions. <br /> A. Criteria for Designation. The land use districts in B below and the delineation of <br /> a land use district's boundaries on the Official Zoning Map, must be consistent with the <br /> goals, policies, and objectives of the comprehensive land use plan. <br /> B. Land Use District Descriptions. The land use districts and the allowable land uses <br /> therein for the given classifications of waterbodies, shall be properly delineated on the <br /> Official Zoning Map for the shorelands of the City of Lino Lakes. The designated land use <br /> districts shall be in conformance with the criteria specified in Minnesota Regulation, Part <br /> 6120.3200, Subp. 3. <br /> 1102.06 Shoreland Overlay District Uses <br /> Subdivision 1. Permitted Uses. The permitted uses in the Shoreland Overlay District are <br /> those uses allowed and regulated by the applicable underlying zoning district as indicated on the <br /> OCGcial Zoning Map of the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> Subd. 2. Conditional Uses. <br /> A. The conditional uses in the Shoreland Overlay District are those uses allowed and <br /> regulated on a conditional basis by the applicable underlying zoning district as indicated on <br /> the Official Zoning Map of the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> B. Boathouses. <br /> C. Evaluation Criteria. A thorough evaluation of tire waterbody and the topographic_ <br /> vegetation and soils conditions on the site must be made to ensure: <br /> 1. the prevention of soil erosion or other possible pollution of public waters, both <br /> during and after construction in accordance with Chapter 1101 and 1105 of the <br /> City Code; <br /> 2_ the visibility of structures and other facilities as viewed from public waters is <br /> limited; <br /> 3. the site is adequate for water supply and on -site sewage treatment; and <br /> 4. the types, uses and numbers of watercraft that the project will generate are <br /> compatible in relation to the suitability of public waters to safely accommodate <br /> these watercraft. <br /> D.
