consideration of the criteria listed above and the purposes of this ordinance, shall attach such <br /> conditions to the issuance of the conditional use permits as it deems necessary to fulfill the <br /> I <br /> urposes of this ordinance and Section 5, Subd. 5 of the City Zoning Ordinance. Such <br /> conditions may include, but are not limited to, the following: <br /> I. increased setbacks from the ordinary high water level; <br /> 2 limitations on the natural vegetation to be removed or the requirement that <br /> additional vegetation be planted; and <br /> 3. special provisions for the location, design, and use of structures, watercraft <br /> launching and docking areas, and vehicle parking areas. <br /> E. The City Council shall hear and decide applications for conditional uses permissible <br /> under this ordinance in accordance with Conditional Use Permit approval process of the City <br /> Code. <br /> Subd. 3. Permitted Accessory Uses. <br /> A. The permitted accessory uses in the Shoreland Overlay District are those uses allowed <br /> and regulated as accessory uses by the applicable underlying zoning district as indicated on <br /> the Official Zoning Map of the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> B. Water - oriented accessory structures are permitted when constructed in accordance with <br /> the design criteria of Section 1102.07, Subd, 213. <br /> C. Dock and boat launches are permitted provided they are constructed on the same lot <br /> as the principal structure. <br /> Subd. 4, Prohibited Uses. Any uses which are not permitted or conditional uses as <br /> regulated by the applicable underlying zoning district as indicated on the Official Zoning Map <br /> are not permitted. <br /> 1102.07 "Zoning and Water Supply /Sanitary Provisions <br /> Subdivision 1. Lot Area and Width Standards. The following standards shall apply to <br /> ail lots within the Shoreland Overlay District provided that the resulting total development <br /> density in the shoreland area does not exceed the total City -wide shoreland density allowed based <br /> on State of Minnesota shoreland standards. The City, in its evaluation of any development, shall <br /> evaluate the proposed development in light of the development capacity of the City -wide <br /> Shoreland Overlay District. Where the requirements of the underlying zoning district are more <br /> or less restrictive than those set forth herein, the more restrictive standards shall apply. <br /> A.
