He will <br /> get back to Jim with his findings. <br /> Tim Rehbine feels that either the downtown property owners need to <br /> start the rehab or the City to offer some type of funding to get it <br /> going. The downtown area also needs parking. <br /> Dan Tourville would like to get feedback for the possible use of <br /> the MN Design Teams services. <br /> Tim Rehbine would like to start researching the costs & ideas of <br /> renovation and different funding options. <br /> Dan Tourville feels we need to find out what the County has <br /> proposed for the County Roads in the future before doing anything. <br /> Tim Rehbine would like to get somebody from the County to come and <br /> talk about the subject with the EDC Committee. <br /> It was decided to keep pursuing the county for more information. <br /> Senior Housing <br /> Theresa Brenner stated we need to find a site so we can start <br /> getting bids on the project to find out the feasibility of this <br /> project. The attorney is looking into what type of funds we can <br /> use to help pay for property. <br /> City Hall Sian <br /> We need to come up with something to help the problem of the track <br /> icing up. It was also discussed on coming up with another <br /> fundraising idea to help pay off the debt on the sign. <br /> Use of County Park Land <br /> No news to report, will keep pursuing information. <br /> Welcome Wagon <br /> This item will now be discussed under the Star City Goals & <br /> Objectives. <br /> Lino Interconnect / Water Tower <br /> The feasibility study will be reviewed by the City Council tomorrow <br /> night. There will be a meeting with some of the landowners for <br /> feedback tomorrow morning at City Hall. <br /> Election of a Chairperson <br /> Paul Montain nominated Tim Rehbine, Mary seconded it. Tim Rehbine <br /> accepted the position with John Magill being named Vice <br /> Chairperson. All in favor. <br />
