We should have an article in the newsletter for new <br /> residents that didn't receive their packet to call City Hall and <br /> then it can be delivered. <br /> John Magill suggested having this in place for the spring season. <br /> John Magill & Mary Capra will recruit businesses. Tim Rehbine & <br /> Danell Westbrock will work on compiling a list of new residents. <br /> Business Appreciation Dinner - The dinner will be held on May <br /> 20th. The site beino considered is City Hall and having the food <br /> catered in. Theresa Brenner will check with Anoka County <br /> Commerce and see if they have a speaker available. All <br /> in favor. <br /> Senior Housina <br /> Theresa Brenner stated they are lookinq at the Sarrot property on <br /> Centerville Rd. but are still gathering more information on the <br /> location. <br /> City Hall Sign <br /> John Magill collected $ 300.00 towards the Winter Newsletter. <br /> John will be in charge of calling the businessowners and seeing <br /> if they want to remain in the newsletter and collect from them. <br /> Ry -chel Gaustad will be in charge of informing John of the <br /> deadline for ads and of any new subscribers for him to collect <br /> from. <br /> Tim Rehbine is waitino for bids to come in from a few carpenters <br />
