Wilharber felt the city should contribute some funds to cushion the <br /> assessment cost. <br /> The City Council elected to have a Public Informational Meeting for the 20th Avenue Water <br /> Interconnect on February 26, 1997. <br /> LAKELAND HILLS <br /> Nyberg updated the council with the proposed Lakeland Hills infrastructure concern. Nyberg <br /> explained the available looping options are to cross the creek on the north or south end of the <br /> creek. Another would be to loop the water main down Peltier Lake Drive then to Centerville <br /> Road into the Lakeland Hills Development. Wilharber questioned the costs associated with the <br /> project, what funds could the city assist with and if the city would be setting future precedence. <br /> The Council elected to hold a public informational meeting on Wednesday, April 2, 1997 at 6:00 <br /> P.M. The Council requested staff to publish and notify all property owners affected on Peltier <br /> Lake Drive and Centerville Road. <br /> MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Buckbee to adjourn the workshop meeting.
