Buckbee yes, Brenner yes, Helmbrecht yes, <br /> Powers- Rasmussen abstained. <br /> Centennial Fire District March 20 - <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Powers - Rasmussen, seconded by Councilmember Buckbee to <br /> approve the Centennial Fire District disbursements. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Councilmember Helmbrecht announced the corrected time foT the Peltier Lake Drive <br /> Informational Meeting scheduled on April 2, 1997, starts at 7.00 P.M. <br /> SET AGENDA: <br /> Complaint <br /> Peltier Lake Drive - Steven Marcello <br /> Traffic on 20th and Main <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Powers - Rasmusse , seconded by Councilmember Brenner to <br /> approve the set agenda. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: - <br /> Surface Water Management Plan (SWMP) - Barritt Lovelace of MSA <br /> Mr. Nyberg introduced Barry Lovelace who will go through the updated outline briefly and <br /> hopefully the SWMP will be approved. <br /> Mr. Lovelace proposed solutions from the workshop meeting objectives. First, to reduce to the <br /> greatest extent possible, erosion and sediment depositing from new construction sites into natural <br /> water resources within the City of Centerville. Development of the erosion and sediment control <br /> policy will occur in 1997 and enforcement will begin during the 1998 construction season. <br /> The second effort is to minimize potential damages from flooding of personal and public <br /> property. MSA updated the changes, placing the Center Oaks storm water improvements in the <br /> capitol improvements section of the plan. In addition, the Peltier Lake Drive improvements will <br /> be added to the capitol improvements section of the plan. <br /> Mr. Lovelace explained there are three concentrated discharge locations. MSA is proposing to <br /> protect the water quality of Clearwater Creek ditch system,-Yeltier Lake and Centerville Lake <br /> Mr. Lovelace proposed to initiate sweeping more frequently at direct discharge points along <br />
