SET AGENDA <br /> Senior Housing <br /> Police Commission <br /> Perrizo <br /> City Banner <br /> Staff Survey <br /> Anoka County Airport Commission <br /> Waterworks Summer Jam. <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Powers to approve the set agenda with noted additions. Motion <br /> seconded by Councilmember Brenner. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> Wayne Leblanc - Petition from Peltier Lake Drive <br /> Mr. LeBlanc gave a brief overview of the current design of the Peltier Lake Drive and Centerville <br /> Road intersection. Mr. LaBlanc voiced the opinion of himself and the neighboring property <br /> owners to eliminate the Peltier Lake Drive 90 degree turn at Centerville Road, and develop a cul- <br /> de -sac from the existing through road. <br /> Mr. March reported both the Police Chief and the Fire Chief suggested giving the plan written <br /> review. Councilmember Helmbrecht suggested the Police Chief and Fire Chief examine the <br /> request and report back to the Council. Mayor Wilharber stated an easement for a future sewer <br /> and water extension may be required. Also, a variance requesting the road length extend over <br /> 660'. <br /> Ms Tamee Blum Petition from Clear Ridge <br /> Ms. Blum reported Clear Ridge Road is not safe because of the large rocks extruding from the <br /> road surface. She requested an upgrade on the road surface and consideration during the 1998 <br /> budget review. Mr. Nyberg pointed out the Council has Clear Ridge Road scheduled for sealcoat <br /> in 1999. <br /> Mayor Wilharber acknowledged receipt of the petition and equally important stated the Council <br /> will take this under consideration during budget review. <br /> APPEARANCES <br /> Curtis Coffman & Brad Hanggi - Clearwater Meadows <br /> Trailway /Sidewalk <br /> Mr. Coffman acquainted the Council with a trailway concern shared by several home owners on <br /> South Brain Drive in Clearwater Meadows Development. Mr. Coffman requested the Council <br /> relocating the trailway easement south two lots onto an unsold lot. <br /> 2 <br />
