The communications may not flow as well. <br /> The committee thought it would be a good idea to show agendas on <br /> the screen rather than video taping the meetings. <br /> Motion by Dan Tourville to not have the EUC Meetings broadcast <br /> across the cable station. N11 in favor. <br /> Motion by Mary Capra to have the agendas broadcast across the <br /> cable station, second by Dan "ourr All in favor. <br /> Business & Citizen Of The Year Awards <br /> The forms have been distributed to all the committee m_muers and <br /> council and will need to be back by the next meeting on December <br /> 16, 1997. <br /> Downtown Revitalization <br /> Theresa Brenner questioned the length of time that the sub- <br /> committee would need to be in place. <br /> Tim Rehbine felt they would need to be held in place for quiet a <br /> while as this would be a long process. <br /> Tim Rehbine questioned the need for a separate chairperson for <br /> the sub- committee since the meetings would be held concurrently <br /> with EDG. <br /> Jim March stated the committee should draft up by -laws for the <br /> sub- committee to follow. <br /> Tim Rehbine felt if the committee grew larger that maybe then we <br /> would look at drawing up by laws. <br /> Theresa Brenner stated we need to have the application to the MN <br /> Design Team in by January 15, 1908 for a fall of 1998 visit. <br />
