EXHIBIT E <br /> PLUMBING AND HEATING PERMITS <br /> 1. Plumbing Permits <br /> A. The charge shall be Five Dollars ($5.00) for each plumbing fixture, <br /> device or connection to the sewer or plumbing system, with a <br /> minimum charge of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) <br /> B. For any alteration, repair or extension to an existing plumbing system, <br /> where the work is of such a nature that the permit fee charge cannot <br /> be determined from the above schedule, the permit fee shall be Thirty <br /> Dollars ($30.00) first Five - hundred ($500.00) or fraction thereof, <br /> plus Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for each additional Five - hundred <br /> Dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof of the total market value of such <br /> alteration, repair or extension. <br /> 2. Mechanical Permits <br /> The charge fnr a residential dwellinog hS_ all be Twenty Dollars ($20 00) for <br /> the following' <br /> - Main Gas line piping - Gas Dryer <br /> - Furnace - Gas Stove <br /> - Air conditioner - General Sheet Metal <br /> - Boiler - Duct work <br /> - Air Exchanger - Miscellaneous Mechanical Fixtures <br /> - Fireplace - Pool Heater <br /> - Unit heater <br /> A minimum charge of twenty dollars ($20.00) for fireplaces. <br /> The charge for commercial, industrial or institutional building shall be: <br /> Two percent (2 %) of the total cost of labor and materials of the heating, <br /> ventilation and air conditioning work to be completed. <br /> Work commenced without first obtaining a permit shall be charged an investigative fee equal to <br /> permit fees. <br /> 10 <br />
