Motion <br /> seconded by Councilmember Brenner. Powers aye, Brenner aye, Buckbee nay, Helmbrecht nay. <br /> Mr. March stated a motion was made in favor for and against the developer's proposal. Since full <br /> council is not present, the developer will either continue construction as the plans indicate or <br /> address the Council when the full council is in session. <br /> Mr. Black questioned the direct drain tile connections to the miscellaneous houses. Mr. Nyberg <br /> stated there are required hook ups to certain houses. <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Buckbee to authorize Staff and Engineer to amend the developer's <br /> agreement to add or delete direct drain tile connections from Block 2, Lots 9, 10, 11 and Block 2, <br /> Lot 4 or as the Staff and the Engineer deem necessary. Motion seconded by Councilmember <br /> Brenner. Buckbee aye, Brenner aye, Helmbrecht aye. Powers nay. Motion carried. <br /> Lakeland Hills Final Watermain and Trail Easement <br /> Mr. March presented the watermain easement and trail easement for Lakeland Hills. <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Buckbee to approve the Lakeland Hills trail and watermain <br /> easement on the final plat. Motion seconded by Councilmember Brenner. Buckbee aye, Brenner <br /> aye, Helmbrecht aye, Powers abstained. <br /> Councilmember Powers left the Council Chambers at 8:18 p.m. <br /> Mr. Nyberg stated, he was disappointed to see the Council looking at other engineering firms. <br /> However, he likes the new formula and ideas the Council suggested, such as the "week in <br /> review. " Mr. Nyberg stated, hopefully in evaluating him over the next three months the Council <br /> will be confident to continue using H.R. Green as the City's consulting engineer firm. Again, Mr. <br /> Nyberg thanked the Council for an opportunity to work with the Council, the Staff and the <br /> Community as he has enjoyed working in Centerville. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Consider Transfer and approval of Liquor License for Waterworks <br /> Ms. Gaustad reported Mr. Ken Sorenson assigned Waterworks Beach Club to Mr. Richard <br /> DeFoe. Mr. DeFoe has requested Council approve Waterworks liquor license. Ms. Gaustad <br /> 6 <br />
