Buckbee aye, Brenner <br /> aye, Helmbrecht aye, Powers abstained. <br /> Councilmember Powers left the Council Chambers at 8:18 p.m. <br /> Mr. Nyberg stated, he was disappointed to see the Council looking at other engineering firms. <br /> However, he likes the new formula and ideas the Council suggested, such as the "week in <br /> review. " Mr. Nyberg stated, hopefully in evaluating him over the next three months the Council <br /> will be confident to continue using H.R. Green as the City's consulting engineer firm.
