Lakeland Hills Final Watermain and Trail Easement Mr. March presented the watermain easement and trail easement for Lakeland Hills. MOTION by Councilmember Buckbee to approve the Lakeland Hills trail and watermain easement on the final plat. Motion seconded by Councilmember Brenner. Councilmember Powers left the Council Chambers at 8:18 p.m. Mr. Nyberg stated, he was disappointed to see the Council looking at other engineering firms. However, he likes the new formula and ideas the Council suggested, such as the "week in review. " Mr. Nyberg stated, hopefully in evaluating him over the next three months the Council will be confident to continue using H.R. Green as the City's consulting engineer firm. Again, Mr. Nyberg thanked the Council for an opportunity to work with the Council, the Staff and the Community as he has enjoyed working in Centerville. NEW BUSINESS Consider Transfer and approval of Liquor License for Waterworks Ms. Gaustad reported Mr. Ken Sorenson assigned Waterworks Beach Club to Mr. Richard DeFoe.
