Pay Estimate No. 7 Eagle Pass <br /> Councilmember Brenner questioned Mr. Nyberg about the standing water under Eagle Trail <br /> Road. Mr. Nyberg replied he was unsure why there was standing water under Eagle Trail Road. <br /> Councilmember Brenner suggested Council table pay estimate number 7 until the City is satisfied <br /> with the construction and condition of the road. In addition, Councilmember Brenner requested <br /> Mr. Nyberg address, in a letter, the following: 1) The situation and how it stands. 2) How this <br /> situation occurred. 3) How this situation can be fixed. 4) Who is responsible for the situation. 5) <br /> Who will pay for the corrections. <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Brenner to table pay estimate number 7 until the above - mentioned <br /> questions are addressed. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> SET AGENDA <br /> Studebaker Fire Truck <br /> Ground breaking for Chauncey Baret Gardens <br /> Sewall Gear <br /> PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> Officer Mike Jensen addressed a report from the Chief of Police which suggested the City contact <br /> Anoka County and request a traffic speed study be conducted on Main Street. Mr. Palzer <br /> reported he spoke to Mr. Roger Butler (Anoka County Highway Department) about obstacles <br /> obstructing the Main Street speed sign. Furthermore, Mr. Palzer indicated Mr. Butler stated, he <br /> will investigate the Main Street speed sign and Anoka County will move the sign if warranted. <br /> Mayor Wilharber suggested the City write to Anoka County and request a traffic speed study be <br /> completed on Main Street. <br /> MOTION by Mayor Wilharber to reestablish a 30 -mph speed limit on Goiffon and 20th and <br /> request a traffic survey on CSAH 14 and CSAH 20th as per Chief VanBurkleo's <br /> recommendation. Seconded by Councilmember Brenner. Mr. <br /> March indicated the Developer voiced interest to pull the building permits for building seven and <br /> eight of the development. Mr. March recommended implementing the stated fees for the Phase II. <br /> 3 <br />
