The City will return the draft with the changes indicated thereon or schedule a conference Pursuant to Section 6 of this proposal, within a time&ame agreed to by the City. 6- Conference with Attorney The Codifier's attorney who performed the legal research will be available at the city's request to meet with the designated City staff /officials and other interested parties to discuss proposed changes and additions to the Code and to answer any questions the City may have about the Code and/or the codification process. 7• Conference Memorandum Following the conference, the Codifier's attorney will draft and submit a memorandum outlining the substantive changes, solutions and implementati d s agreed upon r the conference, and will submit any requested sample ordinances. 8. Printing and Bin ine When the draft is returned by the City, the Codifier will proceed with incorporating the final changes and printing and binding the Code in accordance with the following: a. Copies - Twenty (20) copies will be printed on 50 lb. white offset paper, b. Format/Type Size - Codifier will submit optional formats / type sizes an d samples of each. C. Binding - The Codifier will bind 20 copies Of the completed Code in three -ring binders, covers will be imitation leather (color choices available) stamped in gold leaf. Additional bound or unbound copies of the Code can be ordered at any time by the City at the then current prices. Any unbound copies of the Code will be punched and wrapped separately for storage and eventual binding by the City. d• Separator tabs - The Codifier will furnish separator tabs sheets (mylar tabs, printed on both sides) for the bound Codes. The tabs will reflect the major divisions of chapters of the Code volume. e• Reprints of Chapters - AdditionaI copies of specific chapters may be ordered for binding in paper covers for separate sale or distribution by the City.
