WHEREAS, Minn. Stat. 84.804, subd. 3. 6, "A person may not drive or operate a vehicle off - <br /> road: in the manner that violates rules adopted by the commissioner," and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville request the Anoka County Board of <br /> Commissioners to allow snowmobile speeds not to exceed ten (10) miles per hour on County <br /> State Aid Highway 14 (Main Street) from County State Aid Highway 21 (Centerville Road) to <br /> County State Aid Highway 21 (20th Avenue) to ensure the safe operations of both vehicles and <br /> snowmobiles on this section of County State Aid Highway 14 (Main Street). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA, that hereby requests the Anoka County Board of <br /> Commissioners to allow that snowmobile speeds not exceeding ten (10) miles per hour on this <br /> section of County State Aid Highway 14 (Main Street). <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL ON NOVEMBER 24, 1997. <br /> Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />
