Ms. Vermeulen questioned if the facility will be staffed 24 hours. Ms. Gaustad replied the facility <br /> will not be staffed 24 hours, however, a 1 -800 "help" number will be available to residents. Ms. <br /> Gaustad questioned potential traffic congestion. Mr. Dillion was not sure of the traffic impact. <br /> Ms. Broussard - Vickers asked if another access was viable through the Eagle Pass Development. <br /> Mr. March responded no other access is available with the way Eagle Pass development was <br /> designed. <br /> Mr. Steve and Ms. Sara Lieffring (1724 Heritage) addressed the direction of the drainage. Ms. <br /> Lieffring commented the land north is built up and water drains into the back yards causing <br /> ponding. Ms. Padilla explained drainage is directed to pool behind the existing Barett house. <br /> Ms. Lieffring questioned exposure of the garbage container. Mr. Dillion stated the garbage is self <br /> contained. <br /> Ms. Welk asked if there is sufficient parking. Mr. Dillion stated most senior parking is based on a <br /> 1/2:1 ratio. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> ACTION ITEMS <br /> Action on Senior Housing Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. March explained the Special Use Permit Standards: <br /> All activities upon such property shall comply with Ordinance 4 of the City of Centerville and any <br /> other building and zoning codes and ordinances; the building will be harmonious and appropriate <br /> in the area; will not be hazardous or disturbing to neighboring uses, will not result in traffic <br /> congestion nor create excessive additional public expense. <br /> MOTION by Ms. Broussard - Vickers to grant the Special Use Permit for "Chauncey Barett <br /> Garden" Senior Housing Project, which is consistent with the 64.02 Special Use Permit standards, <br /> contingent traffic congestion be investigated.
