5. Report from Members - Fogerty has received further communication from Anoka <br /> County regarding a trail planning workshop on December 12, 1996. No one from Park <br /> and Rec. can attend. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Update on park acquisition - March informed P &R closing will occur once Drewlos are <br /> back in town. <br /> 3. Change in Bylaws - P &R discussed changing the bylaws as such: <br /> Article III, B ... Park and Rec. shall consist of (5) five members. <br /> Article Y... Quorum shall consist of (3) three or more members <br /> MOTION by Navin, seconded by Fogerty to change Article III, B and Article Y as <br /> mentioned above. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> SET JANUARY AGENDA: <br /> 1. Discussion of status of existing parks,_ <br /> 2. North Metro Update <br /> 3.
