For years these routes experienced traffic flow more <br /> characteristic of residential lateral instead of a collector road. This problem will increase <br /> in the future until the residents get use to the increased traffic flow. <br /> Instead of installing stop signs or speed bumps along these routes the Council may want to <br /> look into the option of reducing the speed limit along these routes or city wide to 25 mph <br /> on the residential streets. <br />
